Hm... did you delete the old version? In the new version, the whole dirt road section has been changed - that section is now two tarmac roads with a line of clumpy grass in between (inspired by spitfire). In addition, the big hedges are now movable and non-sticky.
So... Keep the file called The Velum Working Version Muk Test With Color Fix.... and delete the one called Gravel Project or something.
Good luck - hope this works.

I've also just added the time trial recorder for this track, so if you downloaded the update last night, you would have to redownload it again now for that to work.
For all you track makers, it's really easy to add that capability. Just add this line to your .mapinfo file:

builtin 1

ok - i try again.

i get the zip.-file and delete all old versions. (even vice versa)
i place the extracted content of the zip into plug-ins.
its the velum point 3 - right?

"the velum 0.3" is currently featured on legacyoflies.com.
so point 3 is not version 0.3. this is confusing, as the versions are different.

is there "one resource" to get the appropriate tracks (the current ones) ?

the site "badloveaddiction.com" features a track-page - the link to velum is broken.

i would be glad to take care to have all plugs added to legacyoflies.com. i got some connections there.
but where do i find all actual versions?
and could you please use version numbers? you may only use them internally if you like, but legacyoflies.com is relying on version numbers to have actual plugs.
last but not least: RLPAU only handles .redplugs (packed plug-ins) automatically. the rest is discared (like your plugin) for security reasons.

ok
accepted and done.

great news!

PS: This is the thumbest idea i ever heared of concerning redline. if you want your plug-ins to be known and driven, there is only one source. and its called legacyoflies.com.
