This is a recipe for Thai spicy basil fried rice. It's delicious. I changed the recipe a little though: I replace the oyster sauce with hoisin sauce, and replace the fish sauce with soy sauce. Fishy things gross me out, that's all.
Does anyone have any good recipes????

Ok since the first recipe was so popular, I've decided to post a second recipe which is even easier to make but just as, or more, delicious.
The recipe calls for cooked, shredded chicken. This is how I make it: -Bring a large pot of water to boil, then put the whole, boneless/skinless chicken breasts in the water. Keep them in at a low boil for 18-20 mins, making sure the chicken is cooked all the way through. Remove the chicken from the water, let cool for a couple minutes. Use two forks to tear apart the whole breasts into little shredded pieces.
Also, the recipe calls for a whole can of those chipotle peppers in adodo sauce, or to taste. Putting in the whole can makes this dish pretty darn hot. I would recommend trying the recipe with half a can of those peppers to see how much is really necessary.
IT"S SEW GYUD!

omg this stuff is great. It's called Bombay Kadai (with chicken) and all you need to make it is this jar of sauce, chicken, and a little cooking oil. Oh yeah, and of course rice to put it on. Directions are on the jar. The brand is "Kitchens of India." I bought it at Wegman's... don't know if it's in your local supermarket.

Obviously not my cooking. Hux's pic reminded me of one of the greatest meals I've had in Chinatown, NYC.
